Restorative – These classes will give you the space and time to get to grips with some of the fundamentals of practice as well as easing you into postures.
Slow Flow – If you know that you would like to work towards more dynamic classes, slow flow is a great option to begin with. As a flow class you will move through a range of standing as well as seated postures, working at a gentle pace with longer holds. These classes work on building strength so expect some dynamic movement.
Hatha – Hatha is a perfect starting point for anyone focusing on alignment and the base principles of yoga practice. Working on balance and longer holds, you will have time in this class to delve deep into the postures and breath.
Length & Release Reformer class – Definition: A gentle, restorative class focused on stretching and lengthening muscles while easing tension. This session is ideal for those looking for relaxation and recovery through smooth, slow-paced movements.
