Vinyasa – Structure and flow epitomise this class. Vinyasa practice works to strengthen and open your body by linking breath and movement. Each movement is linked to a single breath equating to a strong and powerful practice. The free-flowing nature of this style allows instructors freedom of expression in their movement.
Power – Power classes are designed to build fire and strength – physically and mentally. Come here for non-stop movement, core building & body toning. These classes are physically demanding so be prepared to sweat.
Power Reformer – Definition: A high-intensity class for those looking to strengthen and tone the entire body. This class uses the Reformer to target large muscle groups, offering a full-body workout that challenges strength, endurance, and power.
Strength & Stability Reformer class – Definition: A class that targets building overall body strength with a special focus on stabilising the core, pelvis, and shoulders. Expect slower, controlled movements that engage the deeper stabilizing muscles.
Body Balance Reformer Class – A class designed to create balance throughout the body by focusing on alignment, coordination, and functional movement. This class brings equal attention to strength, flexibility, and posture to promote harmony between body and mind.
