Slow Flow – Slow controlled postures coupled with considered breath work make these classes more dynamic than you might think. Whilst still flow based, the static holds and balances that you work towards draw attention to elemental strength.

Vinyasa – Structure and flow epitomise this class. Vinyasa practice works to strengthen and open your body by linking breath and movement. Each movement is linked to a single breath equating to a strong and powerful practice. The free-flowing nature of this style allows instructors freedom of expression in their movement.

Power – Power classes are designed to build fire and strength – physically and mentally. Come here for non-stop movement, core building & body toning. These classes are physically demanding so be prepared to sweat.
